My point exactly!

The confusion starts when people mix facts with rumor.

Of course rumors often are spread intentionally. I think it prudent to ask "Who gains from this rumor"? In the case of an SEC investigation it would NOT be shareholders.

i think thats a vicious rumor..just like the pirate theme park
and the panama canal project...i am a share holder and have bought thinking these rumors where fact! rumors also has it their making money and these vicious rumors need to cease!
one rumor spawns another!!!
