That all depends on which side of the fence you are on, now doesn't it? Do you think equal damage can be done by putting out what you would consider positive rumors? I think a false positive rumor can be equally damaging to a shareholder....sometimes they mix those "false positives" up with fact, wouldn't you say? I really see no difference between someone saying that there is an open SEC investigation and someone saying the PDR Exchange is opening and people will get access to their money. Who knows which will turn out to be true....Time is going to tell...
well i dont understand what the difference is...when the sec was not involved....did shareholders profit? and if indeed the sec is looking now...might make this company finally finish one project....or get shutdown...i truly think if sec has steped in...it might make the pps rise and mt and his gang click their heels togeather and finally compleat 1 project!
