Jabba is still in residence, but literally on oxygen at his desk. Word on the street is that there are a few additional pieces of paperwork to amend/serve/file/correct and its effectively over as to prior managment.
Of course, calling and asking for an update get the response, when asked about the takeover, "Oh, I hadn't heard."
