When I held this stock several years ago, I asked Charlie Hunt of Nashville, TN., why NMCX had so many shares that went through when the Price would not go up.
He said, and I quote, "That's just the stock churning."
Who is Charlie Hunt?
Charlie Hunt is apparently related to the Furlong's by marriage, or so he implied.
Charlie Hunt was one of the "Main the Promoters" of NMCX Shares.
He was the NMCX CERT Provider to Andy Hill.
He gave hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of shares to Andy Hill of Canada so Andy would continue to "Promote" the NMCX facade.
Charlie was one of the Promoters who told me about the buying of "DISCOUNTED SHARES" directly from Maurice Furlong.
Mike Sheppard was the other person that said I could by "Discounted Shares" from Maurice.
Mike explained that it was Normal Practice for Companies to sell Discounted Shares and that the money went to help curb operating costs.
YES FOLKS! MIKE SHEPPARD KNEW AND KNOWS OF THIS DISCOUNTED SHARE SELLING PRACTICE OF MAURICE FURLONG.
I WILL TESTIFY TO GOD AND JURY ON THIS!!!!
That's when my suspicions of the Whole Concept of NMCX rose dramatically.
I went as far as calling Maurice Furlong on his cell phone (which Mike Sheppard provided) to confirm this possibility of buying Discounted Shares. He said that all I had to do was send a certified check for as many shares as I wanted and he (Maurice) would send me an NMCX Cert for those shares at "at least" a 20% Current Market Discount.
I never bought any of those shares, THANK GOD!!!!
Andy Hill, however, received free shares from Charlie Hunt to help promote NMCX.
