The bulk of trading action in this stock isn't due to long-term holders, but the average daily volume of some 4 or 5 million shares is due to other entities and market trading the stock. It is not due in a large part to the company trading and definitely not due to long-time shareholders who aren't trading stock they bought long ago. Once these others stop their trading action on their down-tout, watch the trading, already down to a few ticks of real shares a day, it that many, until the short cover and runs up the volume. The long-time shareholders may continue to hold for higher prices which may or may not be due entirely to the disgorgement, as it may be in part due to good news coming from NMC, Inc.
