No one bashed this down to 5 cent. It is not worth that as it is. It will go lower and it anyone buys now they are making a mistake. So far nothing has been proven that this compamy is any different than before.

At My workplace I get 10 calls a day from people wanting to borrow money. They have a great deal and want the monies to close on an LOI. WE look for 35+% down in cash or some owner carry back and cash. They also have to have a back ground showing that they know what they are doing. Show they can pay the monies back. Have at least a 5.5 credit rating.
