I have the RSA SecurID widget for logon to Bloomberg. Once I am on, I have many degrees of freedom with the information on the Bloomberg network. The point of all this is that the RSA device does not protect the data on the network once an authorized user has logged on. Thus, while the RSA device is neccessary to provide access, it is insufficient to protect data. That is were TPM's and associated ETS are important. The RSA device is just an alternative to biometric device protection. (My afformentioned sign procedure for Bloomberg will change to a fingerprint keyboard in the near future, and the RSA device returned.)
