RUMOR - Anyone else hear that herda was planning to recapitalize the structure of the company from .0001 to .0002 and reincorporate the company in delaware.
That would be great because all of the shorters would have to cover instantly. Imagine if he took us out of the DTC system also and stayed with straight certificates after the reincorporation. WOW, how cool would that be. We would be at 30 dollars per share in a second, and then 300 per share.
All right I will calm down. I HOPE THAT RUMOR IS TRUE.
BUT, if he was going to do that being as smart as he is NOW would be the time before the stock really explodes.

makin - The rumors coming out are that patrick has been working on a project for a while now that he has not disclosed to anyone. Apparently in addition to current tecnologies this system is ready for commercializtion and customers are lines up and ready. All they are waiting on is herda to say GO.....
I have been told that we could have a significant stack of ourchase orders as early as 2 week in january. It all hinges on herda right now. All he has to do is sign.
