I believe you are mistaken. The malfeasance of the management people fired by the company involved the Pulacayo project. When Miraamonte mining engineers visited and took a sample back to ascertain the type of processing plant to build, they found tailling processing would not be economically viable. Prior to that they screwed up when the Peruvain manufacturer coulnt get the necessary insurance policy.Finally new environmental costs caused Petty to decide to abandon the project. This information was gleaned from the website and information posted by reading between the lines. Do you have a more direct source of your information and speculation?

MM, regarding the studies done at Cerro Rico by COMIBOL, DB&Co and FMNJ's mining consultant, the latter of which you said was done improperly, I think the company should have reported the informtion to its shareholders regardless of whether or not the information is positive or negative.

You said, "... what company would want to tell their investors 'we got taken but have learned out lesson and are talking actions to proceed with litigation or to proceed with a new study of whatever?'"

In answer to your question, a company that is on the up and up with its shareholders tells its shareholders the truth so that they can judge for themselves whether or not they should be associated with the company.
