BD&Co did in fact review and confirm the 20-30 year old study. This has been well stated. What was not and has not been elaborated on is the study improperly done by FMNJ's mining consultant at the time. It might be inappropriate or unecessary for them to speak about it directly becaus ewhat Company would want to tell their investors "we got taken but have learned our lesson and are taking actions to proceed with litigation or to proceed with a new study or whatever". I don't know but it would be obvious that there is some hold up aside from the amount of money it will take to dothe actual development (which means digging tunnels to find the veins and map them without actually removing mineral for production) to get the geological data for assessment and even more evaluation. Remember lots of mineral is in the Cerro Rico and other mines all over the world; the reason most of it is not being mined is because the undertaking of any hard rock mine is expensive and without turn-around income for some timeframe in most cases. Thats why the Escala is kinda nice in that alot of the discovery and development has been done by someone elses dime.
