I think HotZone is worth something too, Owl. But, I think you have to realize I'm concentrating on one part of this story at the moment -- and that's the part that's playing around with Globetel.

Uli's obviously showing his own true colors over how badly he wants HotZone. But I view it as a separate issue at this point.

There's two parts to this story. And they each take a weird fork in the road, starting somewhere around November, prior to the Russian announcement.

Owl, Now that is a great company to hold long. Let's see if I got it right:
1- Huff screws Uli and buys the Hotzone for a song.
2- The Russians screw Globetel. Huff knew the deal wasn't going to work and plays along and knew the deal was a scam.
3- Globetel gives Uli Germany and Uli screws Globetel
4- Uli screws Huff and Huff who is smart and turns around and screws Uli.

5- Joe screws Centerline and Globetel turns around and screws Joe.
6- Huff screwed up on the Stored Value Card so it's sold "on the cuff" to former Globetel employees who also screwed up the financials.
7- Jones & Co. screwed up Sanswire so it goes to a 50/50 deal with Germany.
8- With everyone screwing each other the Amex delists them.
9- For all the screw ups going on the SEC investigates.

Looks to me like the shareholders are the ones who got screwed.

But the guys in there right now are the ones that really have the past experience and know how to get the job done. (Take it the way you want)

owl, you said "iow huff KNEW uli was going to play him"

A bit too much of a stretch, that one. The rest of your thesis then falls apart. No offense, but you seem to be trying a bit too hard to beat a dead horse on this one.
