(OT) Mish Blog

Some of us have known Mish for quite a while, I think. The information in his blog is useful, but I've found that his view of the world is too clear for my comfort. I know many bright and learned people (well, many of us do :) ) who are considerably more cautious in making definitive statements about the future ..... and it comes from a humility born of experience.
I have no idea what the future holds on the question of a recession, but it is interesting that the IMF came out pretty strongly on the opposite side of Mish's view yesterday, and they seemed to be quite equally forceful about it.
Time will tell --- of that there is no doubt. But, by then, both Mish and the IMF will be predicting other things. Who will go back in time to grade them?
