All required documents to complete an acquisition have now been signed on behalf of both company's. The documentation is now being sent to NASDAQ and the SEC for approval and notification.

Based on my understaning, pink companies don't have to report their financial , but it doesn't mean if they want to merge , etc, they don't have to.

They don't need to report the financials, but they need to update the company info. IMO
