I have said it before, the military still doesn't have a budget for yb 1 Oct 2007.

We do some business with them and have outstanding accounts we can't get paid for yet. I am sure they aren't rushing to make orders when they have no idea how much money they will have to spend.

The only money they are spending right now is from emergency funds and although that may seem like a lot, until they get a budget they aren't going to make large purchases. Also don't forget about Boeing. 4th Q can easily make up revenue needed to be in the black.

There were prior debt instruments and I think combined with the latest, the swing $$ wise, is quite dramatic.
