The reason that there are so many CA lawsuits is because the firms review the previous firm's lawsuits filed and then check the amount of shares traded in the CA period. Then, they see that there are so much share activity that they believe that they can get a piece of the pie too.
The bottom line is that just because there are more CA suits being announced doesn't mean that there is anymore credence to the allegations... it just means everyone wants to be part of it because they realize that there was so many shares traded.
