REDFISHER, I don't think you understood what I posted. Cinemax Canada, the company trading the old QBID shares as CPPC, does not report to the SEC. Cinemax has not filed a 15c211 and cannot legally solicit shares to the public. The company info that Cinemax Canada provided to pinksheets quotations is bogus info. Cinemax Canada is claiming they are Cinemax WA, fka TMM, and using TMM's old 15c211 info. They are also using ITHC's CIK# from 1997.
You posted that this was alright with the SEC. This is not alright with the SEC. There is this little thing called LAW. Due process of LAW requires an SEC investigation. Since CPPC does not report to the SEC the SEC does not have disclosure about CPPC. pinksheets quotations has no liability for any fraudulent info Cinemax provides them. THAT is why CPPC shares are still "trading". Understand now?
