AHHHH...king crimson...we will see wont we. The SEC has allowed the stock to trade as CPPC....

REDFISHER, Cinemax does not report to the SEC and has submitted bogus company info to PinkSheets quotations. The SEC requires a 15c211 for Cinemax to legally solict CPPC shares to the public. PinkSheets quotations requires a 15c211 for CPPC to be quoted on the pinks. Cinemax Canada is telling PinkSheets that they ARE THE SAME CORP THAT TRADED QBID SHARES, the WA corp fka TMM, nka Cinemax WA. That is fraudulent. The WA corp is now a private shell with no business operations that is wholly-owned by Fan & Gouveia. The company trading CPPC is a Canadian company also called "Cinemax". Since Cinemax Canada does not report to the SEC, the SEC has not "allowed" anything. And since Cinemax Canada has submitted bogus company info to pinksheets quotations, Cinemax cannot legally solicit CPPC shares to the public or be quoted on the pinks. That requires a 15c211.

You need to check your facts. Not flaming you. You just seem to make it up as you go.
