1st we were hearing that there would NOT be a PR until the merger was authorized by the SEC.
Then the completed merger PR came out.
Eight days latter they say in the CC that SEC confirmation will be out within 48hrs.
Nothing.

Delay would be understandable maybe if we could confirm that communication / application has been made with the SEC.
No confirmation exists.
