That's the quesiton of the year Taxman, and one I have been thinking myself.

Looking at the previous merger (although this one isn't the same), there was a very sharp spike from, was it $1 (or a lot less???, I can't tell becaus my chart isn't that detailed), to $20. Did this happen in one day or a few days????
I would say this stock is going from 80c to 2.80 cents.
I reckon around $1.50.
I will be looking at the rate of acceleration too. I'll see what the price is after one day. If there is tremendous volumne never seen before and the stock is above $1.30, I'll close, if not I'll wait.
Having said, I'm still undecided. I'm checking this stock every day though just in case and judging by what happened last time, the change will be very very late and very quick.
Depends on the valuation as well etc.
I hope the merger happens before feb. Would be nice it were before Christmas. Is that likely though? Is that a good time, practically speaking?
