I have never "pulled" certs, so I can't speak to that. Sounds like maybe they ain't so great as I thought.
No problem with their back office stuff, like I hear about from others, and no funny stuff about buying pennies/subpennies.

lowman, I pay $8 per trade (no limit on number of shares traded) with Fidelity. This based on the amount in the account and the number of trades which I make.
