Yeah, really good post. Your point at the end I assume is that could Pawson still take on a TA for CBAY now even if he had been ousted?? It makes perfect sense to me USF.. Whats infuriating is Rizvi's continued silence here, cant work it out. A PR to confirm what he already made public with form4 filings makes sense UNLESS he is still collecting shares..

I agree some good points.. but be careful here.. Dont know if this makes a diffrence or not.... but Cal-bay did not chose to go to a new ta. The old TA terminated their account because of abuse is how they put it, the old TA found someone that would take on the Cal-bay account and they transfered it over to em, RP or rizvi had no choice in the matter... As far as what it entails the new ta told me they get all files via email and downloads, so its really not that big a deal.... Just some thoughts hope it helps....
