Well they covered themselves in that statement so if it has increased they did not lie, they just had the wrong information, and furthermore can you explain why then the PPS has tanked since the 8K?

And did I miss it or was there no name on that email you received?

Someone has been selling and I would bet it has to do with Dilution.
