CO2 and Boomer have been at opposite ends on EOR (as well as at least, another one). To say that this is a scam, imo, would mean that almost all OTC companies and at least half of the TSX-V should be listed here.
Does EOR still have money, and, if so, any unrestricted cash? I can't tell. EOR has production and reserve. It does not mean the Company will survive forever but, as an investment, i do think EOR is worth the risk.

You are right shl...Any company (EOR) that does not provide audited financials and does not report quarterly typically qualifies as a scam. Throw in the fact that EOR has a long history of intentionally misleading the public and it's shareholders and you definitely have a scam. 98% losses don't help either.
That company was a pump and dump, look at the 5 year chart for evidence. Now it's burned so many along the way nobody will ever trust any "pump" job anybody attempts.

Correct...there is no way to get out. Look at the tape. A few 100,000 shares separate it from .045 to .02. They are now out of money and production has plummeted to only 300 bopd so the scam is just about dead regardless.

Based on that logic... It confirms ROHIQ IS A SCAM (thus the Q). XBOR that went from $4.65 to .30 in 12 months, BLXX .20 to ..10 on a month, INNO FROM .37 to sub penny in 30 days.

Meanwhile, EORIF HAS $6.9 million in cash, no debt, record revenues and EBITDA of $228,000.

Clearly we can define scams to developing penny stocks. My money is on EORIF. I wouldn't touch the others with a 10 foot pole!

BK? Ha ha ha! They were discharged from their FRIENDLY Chapter 11 2 weeks ago. ROHI has 4000 employees in 48 States with over 500 locations.

The BK eliminated $574M in debt which now makes them profitable to the tune of $113M per year net on a $500M gross.

Shares canceled? Interesting. I guess someone should alert the SEC to YOUR own personal facts, because there has been no SEC filings stating the common class 7 shares are cancelled & ROHI is still trading.
