Sign up, I value your input! I agree with you, it has happened to me. I just wonder under these conditions were we had a fair amount of stock being held over from the last two adventures as opposed to the company flooding they were already out there, then it all becomes a legitimate company, (who knew?), with a large amount of shares in the hands of shafted share holders.
Two other reasons to R/S, 1) To avoid being delisted, 2) To show a higher priced share, that is more attractive to investors who don't play here. Just bouncing thoughts around.
