I actually love the Midwest. Best people I have ever known. I grew up there and was educated there. Those farm boys from up there work hard, walk the walk and do not talk the talk. When I lived up there if your car stalled on the road the first car that came along would help. In Florida you sit with a gun in your lap waiting to get mugged or killed when you break down.
