I am sure some of the football players actually graduate from Big Ten schools and have a future outside of football. When I coached in high school in Minnesota we rarely won a game but we learned to play hard and showed class whether we won or lost. No thugs on my teams.

The lure of the tropical weather has those unfortunate
side affects. Wisconsin and Minnesota have the Frozen Tundra
perception that keeps enough riff raff from settling here.
Not that we don't have crime, Milwaukee is having big problems
with our youth and guns. It really isn't THAT cold here,
you get use to winter after a couple years. The price of
heating oil is going to put a dent in my budget this year,
that's for sure. Firewood, plentiful, and cheap and good
