DES stressed that R/S would be a negative thing at the time, in the future who knows, but he continually stressed that it has more negative in the immediate future. Listen carefully to this section of the conference call.

My guess, in won't happen in the immediaste future, it might happen further down the road 6months-few years

Well I can't help but notice you are now saying,"usually", as I said your statement before was very broad.You Said,"has not done anything good to any company". This stock, I hope will not be a typical Pink R/S blow out. In a typical situation an R/S does not change the share value at all. Now we know that the psychological effect along with the fact that the R/S in Pink Land is usually done as the company is on it's way out, will cause the PS to crash, But thats because everyone wants out and the scam is exposed. What if a company is growing very well, meeting all goals, has 6 profitable stores open and a strong PS,is transparent, debt free,then they do a R/S. Then if the gamble works people keep investing and the PS is still climbing, you are now working your way out of Pinks with a stock price that is way more attractive to investors. YES it's usually not a good thing, and I hope they don't need to do it,but in Pinky Land a good company is also not the usual.
