A couple of things Sue. First, they could have filed for the reverse split on the 5th. I will be very surprized if shares are traded tomorrow, but in any case the RS is coming imo. I positioned myself expecting it anyway.
Next, I don't think anyone mentioned halt trading. I have watched many RS securities and I believe the brokers will not allow orders to be placed until the DTC distributes the new shares. That is not a halt per se. Anyone who has shares is free to trade them.
