ok I think we need to look at the facts before any one panics.
There could not be a reverse split on 11/05 because they had not completed the merger.
They have not got the new symbol from the SEC as of yet that I can find.
They do not halt trading of a company because of a merger.
Because of the change in T/A's the new company obviously does not have all the information. (in my opinion they should not have issued any share structure with out it) (If AEi is not currently trading how can they have a share structure?)
We know that AEi Transportation wants to get to nasdaq, they can not get there with a stock trading at .01 they feel (my opinion) a reverse split is the best and quickest way to do that.
I have left voice mail messages for both the attorney at the company and with IR. I hope to be able to have some answers tomorrow. With any luck we will get a pr clearing up any of these matters.
It is my opinion from speaking with the first person at the T/A company is she needs more training, she put me on hold several times to get answers, I think (my opinion again) that she was looking at the wrong information and passed that along to both Angel and I. I got different information from the 2nd person I spoke to.
I was told that they have to put numbers in their system to set up the accounts. I know in my business I have to put numbers in certain areas even if I don't have the accurate number so to me this is a logical answer. which goes back to point number 4, this information should not have been given of should have been explained as to have avoided confusion.
These are just a few key things about what has transpired today.
