PAY.....I am not going to get into this discussion with you, however, HRCT does appear on that SEC complaint......If found guilty Phan and HRCT will pay a price. For you to think otherwise is to have blinders on.

Pay, Harcourt is named along with phonze (sp). If Phan is guilty, he was acting for Harcourt and thus Harcourt will pay. How would they even go about getting Phan to return to the U.S.if he was fined $800,000.00 or so? I'll bet you now, he will be long gone if the ruling would come down as such.

Also, looking at your past history, you can also be a "chicken little" so.............I guess it's whatever is most profitable at the time you post...hb
