I agree. appreciate your comment. I would just ask people to continue to do their DD here - ask questions and seek answers based on facts and not guesses. FACT - Baltia has been approved before by the DOT. I think they know what they are doing this time. I have no reason to believe this is not a normal exchange of pre approval discourse.
