BHS, did Barry elude to what the so called minor changes required are and their timeframe for getting the responses back to the DOT? We all have to remember that Barry is the PR person for Baltia and I would expect he would downlplay any and all negativity unless it was public knowledge. I would take his comments with a grain of salt. The only true comments that matter now are the DOT's and since we can't speak with them directly we have to be careful with what Barry tells us.
