Doesn't do any good to throw good money after bad. I don't think averaging down is a good idea, but good luck to you.
MGWE was established as a scam quite awhile ago. Either the insiders were in on it or it was hijacked by someone. Purportedly owned by one company that claimed MGWE was performing fraudulent activities.
Not sure why anyone would want to own shares. There is no indication (that I know of) for how many shares are outstanding and how much dilution is happening on a regular basis.
