Great Post! As always nice facts from GSM. I can only imagine that with the outstanding shares pre-split (6-7 Billion?) MM's were not to concerned about going short. Now with the certs in demand the squeeze must be on. Good Days Ahead!

is this fact or just your opinion? do you work for the company? are you a broker?
"The problem now is with the DTC."
"Rumors on the street say that the DTC has an imbalance
of positions. The ledger on the DTC does not agree with
the ledgers submitted by the brokers."

where did you hear this rumor? are you in contact with some of the insiders of this company and they are giving you this rumor?
"Market-makers, or brokers,
however, are still shorting the stock to meet demand...
again, because there is no stock to find and they assume
that they will be able to cover those shorts in time, at
lower prices." with the new rules in place now how can they short?

"Somewhere in here, the shorts will have to cover, so that
the DTC can reconcile their books and issue the SFMI shares to
the brokerages. This includes both the old shorts on DCUT,
and the new shorts on SFMI."
sounds dubious to me and obviously nobody is flinching or blinking and it was my understanding that the dtc is corrupt too, according to patrick byrne of overstock.

"Who blinks first, when, and at what price ?

How HIGH is HIGH ?

This is fun."

how can it be fun when you are not liquid? you buy a liquid stock that gets locked up for who knows how long because they said she said? i think you were sent here to try to calm us down while the insiders scribble all over our stock. we should be getting a p r about how the company insiders didn't receive their shares either and in their minds how long is this going to take, or that their attys are in consultation with the dtc. don't you think?
