Agree wholeheartedly with both this post and your next about two of our long-term longs. Last week I increased a decent position in IDCC that I had reinitiated in the low 20's, and I'll be looking to add some more this quarter depending on how some of my other positions do.
frobinso, Merritt made me feel real comfortable about that suit. He said even if we lose it doesn't mean the patents are not being infringed upon. He likened it to the soft button on a phone and said although it's not essential for the operation of the phone it's something that's included in a phone. I hear Pumfrey isn't a lover of patent holders so I'm writing this one off ahead of time and if we win it will be a bonus for me.
