Well, the rise the past few days could have been a lot of them covering.

Unless something has changed the short #'s are only published every month and I'm not sure what day of the month that happens. So the 4 million number may be old.

Well, I really can't understand why Americans don't care about the junior energy stocks. The same stock listed on TSX would have a much better valuation. All they know is buying Exxon, Stupid!

TXCO, (kipp440)...Although TXCO encountered mechanical problems with pumping equipment on its San Miguel tar sand pilot, they are still making good progress IMO...

This is from TXCO's 9/27/07 Update PR..."Bottom hole formation temperatures have risen to approximately 270 degrees Fahrenheit."

From today's PR..."Bottomhole temperatures have increased to approximately 365° F."

From the 9/27/07 Update PR..."Engineering studies indicate oil mobility would be optimized as temperatures reach 400 degrees-450 degrees F."
