euniverse, how can they be? He never shows up to any of the hearings, and to the best of my knowledge, or what I can see, by looking at the minutes from the courts, he doesn't even have an attorney. Plus isn't he in hiding? From what everyone on here is saying. I think that he lost the race car or who knows if he really ever had it in the first place. Soon he wont have anything.
