The boyz don't seem to notice whether things are hot or not. Maybe they don't have tastebuds that register that. They aren't interested in peppers--sweet or hot--as vegetables, but don't mind them in things.
I have a bunch of jalapenos, sliced and frozen in bags; the jalapeno plant seems to be pretty much played out. I've also got a ridiculous amount of habs of various kinds. I use them in practically everything, but even so I have way more than I'll need through the winter and spring. AND I brought in a couple of plants so the fruit on 'em can finish ripening. lol, that'll probably mean two or three more bags. Gotta make more hot sauce.
There's really nothing quite like good organic fertilizer.
