Hi Hock, are you on a dial-up modem? look at your modem settings you want error correction selected, and required, turn compression on, and you should have hardware handshaking selected. Under the advance port settings, you may need to set them to half way if you have a lot of programs running at the same time. It is very unusual to get a corrupt file, if these settings are set, error correction should fix that on the fly. Another thing that could be happening is you are not getting a full download. When you start the download, check the size. When you check the downloaded file make sure the file is the same size.
