Ungagging a T/A would hardly take any focus away from running a company. It's a no brainer.

Interesting, but that's the way I believe a privately held company should be run, not a public company with shareholders. If you put your company (via shares) out in the public's hands, then you owe them some basic information as to the health of their investment - such as production figures in this case, as well as other PRs stating facts pertaining to the health of the business. Otherwise, stay 'privately held' IMO ...

Big Mur, but Keith is NOT doing the things expected of any respected business. He's keeping information from us, the owners of this company, and that isn't the norm. How can some keep ignoring the logical, valid arguments being made here day after day about performance and key corporate activity (like OS). The only argument for the issue of gagging the TA is to keep secret the activity that created dilution but that argument doesn't go very far logically and certainly doesn't out weigh the results we are seeing partial from it. We aren't gonna see the "why?" anyway unless they file or declare but the count is a step...with some general reasons offered even better.

The resultant lower pps certainly ends up costing the company more shares/money to buy a lease, etc. so that's a great business reason if it was the only one! And realistic we are talking about a world where the guys in the barber shop likely know everything that is going down before it is even final and there are plenty of others from this industry out in the territory beyond Keith and Hemi so there are no secrets....well, yes there are...but unfortunately they continue to be secrets from us, the other owners of the company.

I continue to think we have a great opportunity here but management needs to take some advice form others on these issues and life would be easier and more profitable for all.
