(edited)Cap,I'm just going to assume it's business as usual and we(RSHN)took a 6% hit and that there will only be 12%(The shell)trading. That's the way I'm reading it and I don't think we'll get a divy(unless there's plans to raise the AS already).I'm also assuming that anyone who wants in on APRU will have to buy into RSHN which puts us right back where we started. These are just assumptions until we get the whole story(if ever).JMO

Actually, I was just being rhetorical. My point is that there is absolutely zero incentive to purchase rshn stock after apru starts trading. The money to be made(if there is any) will be with apru.

With zero incentive to purchase rshn, we are ALL bagholders.

For the sake of discussion, does anybody disagree, and why?

I'm in agreement cap't. I exited this after watching my <admittedly meagre> stake drop 80%. It was governance concerns - lack of reporting, probable dilution. But I liked the product, the notion of the product, the wisconsin element, and the fact that my daughter and me got some at the willy street coop in madison, wisconsin this past summer <no small feat considering we live in denmark>. and i keep thinking to get back in when conditions improve.

this last announcement does not suggest governance conditions have improved. too bad.
