If RSHN owns 45% of APRU then either 1) Each RSHN shareholder will be given a proportionate number of APRU shares so that collectively we all own 45% of APRU (I assume these would be free trading shares or 2) the company RSHN will own these shares trade them as they see fit (doesn't seem right to me). 3) some other option?
If RSHN owns 45% and Rush Beverage (i.e. Bob) owns 43% and 12% remain with the shareholders of the original shell, WHAT IS LEFT TO SELL to raise capital? I'm sure that I must be missing something. It would also seem that the O/S, A/S numbers should have been included in the PR. I guess I'll have to wait a "couple weeks" to find out this information.
I do like the Apple Rush line and believe it has a chance at great success. I am disappointed that the information coming out of Chicago is not more to the point and informative. C'mon Bob...be a little more forthright with the people who have invested in your company.
