i think during the call....it should be brought up to Des/Jason to offer shares of ECFL/Mkt99 stock at the register on an end cap.....be a nice way to move it to .99 pps ;0)

if everything is done like it is sipposed to---SEC merger filed and listed, outline of business plan, web site completed--then any dumping would simply be unintelligent. It would however provide a good opportunity to get some more shares
