Makes perfect sense, they are selling for the same reason I am reluctant to buy.

They are scared the will get stuck with restricted share!

I would love to come in and play the bounce back up but I might get stuck in this crap. That is scary. Scary enough for people to turn down the 1.30 per shares b.c. when those shares are trade able they won't be worth the paper they are printed on......IMO.

Could very well be wrong though...........who knows?
