Thanks Trade for taking time to summarize your conversation. Yes it is refreshing to hear the company's take compared to some of the conjecture that is periodically spewn here fron non-stakeholders, most of it off-topic to boot.

Yes, you are correct in that it is a credit facility and not a loan, it is even stated so on the Gas Rock website. As you stated, if they pay down what they spend, that money becomes available again but on the flip side, if they don't pay down what they spend or they spend at a much greater rate than what they pay down, indeed the money does run out.

This again brings us back to the old subject of lack of transparency and why I think we can all agree this is one of the biggest reasons why there is no demand for this stock. Aside from audited financial's, even if the company produced financial's that were transparent and showed where the revenue was being generated from, where the cost were, and how much of the money used was being paid off then the investment community would not be left in the dark.

You continue to state everyone needs to call Bednar to find out details about the company, the problem I have with that is why do I have to call the company to find things out, why can't they be transparent like a normal company and why won't they put things in writing like a normal company. It is for these very reasons I get concerned and I also believe others are unwilling to invest.

Your conversation confirmed my greatest fear which I posted on earlier this week, that there form of communication will now be through their website. Like I said before, that is absolutely pathetic. How in the heck do they expect to increase shareholder value by not PRing updates where the whole world and investment community can become aware of new developments and activities, this is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of unless they are worried about being held legally accountable for what they might put out in a PR. In addition, this becomes the nail in the coffin to their PR earlier this year stating they had hired and IR firm to keep investors updated on a regular basis while increasing shareholder value, I guess that was just a complete lie.

If this company is as great as they make themselves out to be with their non transparent financial's, I am disgusted in the way they present themselves to the investment community, it is as if they are doing everything possible to try and keep their share price from rising.
