It has been falsely/mistakenly stated here a few times that there is a funding issue when Gasrock's loan of 40M runs out and that it is being used up. To start with it is not a 40M loan as such, it is a Credit Facility.

I just spoke to the company and was assured that those individuals claiming that the funding sky is falling, simply DO NOT UNDERSTAND the arrangement, and have not asked about it either. It is a credit facility, not a pure loan. I was told Z2 has a 40M credit facility with Gasrock, which as it is paid down monthly or whatever, then the available credit to borrow amount increases accordingly.

So if they pay Gasrock $5 in loan principal then it is in turn made available again immediately to borrow. Further if they wish or need to increase the 40M I was told it: "Can be done with the stroke of a pen". "Gasrock to date is very happy with Z2's & Maverick's performance."

Imo that resolves the baloney about the "funding sky is falling". Perhaps some should call and ask, rather than just merely assume they know what is going on. That ain't cool aid, but it is solid information imo.

In general, I was told things are going very well for both Z2 & Maverick. It was reiterated that the company is not concerned about flippers and short term SP and in fact implied it will not consciously do anything to promote the flipping activity.

I was told to: watch drill bits as it will likely be the vehicle of choice for updates, instead of PRs.

Once again as has been implied previously {short term investors/flippers need not apply sign}.

**The above makes me feel more informed, but I think other long term investors should very definitely touch base and hear it for themselves, since the above is just my interpretation and recollection of a conversation, and I don't wish to put words in anyone's mouth, just to trying to negate some misinformation.
