Megas's contention is and always has been that we are not "real shareholders". That being said we have no right to chime in on anything until our counterfeit certs are dealt with. I have a letter from ST telling me that my shares are not bogus. So if and when this begins trading they will be responsible to get real shares. That's when the party begins and not a day before

He should still do the filings and he has "real" although not us who would probably like him to keep current.
I think his best avenue is to issue a billion shares deposit them with the transfer agent and demand a share exchange.
Then the brokers would have to deal with it accordingly and buy those (205s)shares in the open market for and the rest of you. Me first though :-)

op9, If you look back to my post last November I was saying those same statements, back when ohbull had his vote on how to proceed, I was one that thought that we need to comply with the demands of what the DTCC required.

At that time I relized that there was no way in the world that little BCIT was ever going to change the requirements and the way the DTCC conducts their business.

I believe to this date if we had of oblidged we would have been trading, Megas would have been able to invoke what ever plans to increase value, in turn, force the market to do then what he is still struggling to do today.

I have not wavered from that opinion.

BTW yes I know the DUKE, in fact I remember his first movies, I even remember Wallis Barry and Gabby Hayes, and yes FDR.lol
