wherever the truth takes me, bobby. megas needs to file and make a deal with the DTC and just get us trading. whatever it is that the DTC wants, we need to know. because as SHAREHOLDERS we should have a right to input on that decision. megas must re-acquaint himself that we are a PUBLIC company and not a dictatorship. while he carries majority ownership, we still have the right to material events, and the right to make our opinions known to company majority holders.

remember years & years ago hearing the DUKE use that phrase ('corn dodger') in one of his movies. hopefully everyone here still remembers who the Duke is.
