Yes, I did get my IB address changed, but it took me about 4 months to do it, and many, many phone calls and letters. I can understand the need to be careful on their part, but geez, they could see my old email address had been cancelled, so it was logical I had gotten a new one. Duh. . .
Anyway, what is this about the code key generator? They haven't sent me one. . .

PS The final hangup to be aware of in changing your address is that you have to send a copy of a photo id to their Chicago office -- not the Connecticut office mind you, Chicago . . .
