YES... and Buffet and others have said: BUY WHEN BLOOD FLOWS IN THE STREETS.

That is like buying downtown property during the bombing of Berlin in the 1940's..... prices were probably low and now they are high.

This morning was a good time to buy and it looks like it still is.

I bought MORE and MORE and MORE when ECFL/Terra Fuel fell apart and everyone was sad. (Buffet: said BUY when they Whine).... I was sad but I bought a lot and I now own 14 times more shares for very little money. I had READ BUFFET's BOOK!
